Re: News Alert: CNN is bias ! LOL !

So a partisan political activist know for using subterfuge, hidden cameras, and selective editing to discredit organizations he dislikes releases some edited video and you figure it's time to do a touchdown dance? Pardon my skepticism, but the guy has a history of using edits to distort events unti...

Re: The Delusion of "Free Will"

That is a self justifying statement. Unprovable, unverifiable. Only acceptable. See, that is your problem right there. You decided to define God YOUR way and that doesn't work. To discuss the classical theist God, the God of Israel and Christianity, you MUST discuss God AS defined by Theism. God is...

Probably the way conservatives feel about CNN, LOL !

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amtXwRDBKQo&feature=youtu.be From the clip: Project Veritas has released a video of CNN Producer John Bonifield who was caught on hidden-camera admitting that there is no proof to CNN’s Russia narrative. “I mean, it’s mostly [nonsense] right now,” Bonifield says. ...

Re: God suffers with us

What places in the bible does it says God suffers with us? Context is, of course everything: Isaiah 63:9 In all their affliction He was afflicted, And the angel of His presence saved them; In His love and in His mercy He redeemed them, And He lifted them and carried them all the days of old. 2 Chro...

Re: The Delusion of "Free Will"

Neither an amoeba nor an ant are unique in their fellow microbial or insect habitat. Even animals aren't unique, for most just run on instinct. Man is neither an ant, nor an amoeba, nor an animal. Mankind is unique for it's imagination, it's capability for reasoning in cause and effect, and beyond....

Re: The Delusion of "Free Will"

Indeed Philip. I think that it needs to be made clear that God has given us enough to KNOW Him if we CHOOSE to and that He gives those that can handle more, more. It is funny that we think we could possibly understand God when even the brightest of us realize how little we still know about the unive...

Re: A letter to an anti-nationalist pastor

Warning Nazi comparison ahead! America allied with Stalin, an evil man, to defeat a greater evil. An evil which was much more of a threat to the US, and the rest of the world. Not unlike our alliance with Stalin in WW2, many Americans chose a lesser evil(Trump), to defeat a greater evil, (Hillary)....

Re: The Delusion of "Free Will"

... Using human logic to figure out such a Being as God is rather silly. Why? Human logic can help us to understand about God but not God. Can an ant understand a human? Can an amoeba comprehend the universe? IF God exists ( and if you understand classic/real theism then you understand why He MUST)...

Re: A letter to an anti-nationalist pastor

From the letter, this caught my eye: Re Franklin Graham and Jerry Falwell Jr: Our spiritual leaders should be speaking out about the direction the country should be going - social issues, etc. One of the reasons we're in the mess we're in is because they have not! This gets into a difficult area fo...
