Re: Are You Are Skeptic or In Denial?

The first cause, the uncaused cause and the unmoved mover Must be pure actuality with no potentiality whatsoever, for it it has potential to be something else then it means that ANOTHER can act upon it and so it can't be the "first" or "uncaused" or "unmoved". If there...

Re: Anyone here like to surf?

Grew up surfing ages 11-28. It was a very exciting, fun, healthy, healing, elating sport. I thank God for allowing me to participate in his creation. Unfortunaltey, adulthood came calling. Fell out of surfing with responsibilities etc. Hoping to get back in the ocean soon. Ever since I saw Jaws , I...

Re: Gay coffee shop owner kicks Christians out of cafe

Statistically the most dangerous person to a child in regards to sexual violence, domestic violence and abuse is a male step parent. The stats are off the richter in regards to the biggest abusers of children; It’s male, heterosexual step fathers. The statistics are echoed across the board, regardl...

Re: Are You Are Skeptic or In Denial?

Kenny,

You may need to reread this thread.

Presupposing God or not presupposing God, has no relevance to the logic.

Re: Were the Nephilim and the Sumerian mythical kings somehow related?

Job 2:1 tells us that the "sons of God" came... and Satan also came... The word 'also' in Job 2:1 (along with how the term 'sons of God' is used everywhere in Scripture) is an indicator that even though Satan was present with the 'sons of God' (angels) in Job 2 he was not considered to be...

Re: Were the Nephilim and the Sumerian mythical kings somehow related?

I think we need to make a distinction between fallen angels and Satan not being Sons of God ANYMORE. It seems at times that we are stating that they are, and never where, Sons of God, which is in accurate. They lost their status as Sons of God when they rebelled. I think that's what's consistent wi...

Definitely intellect! I’ve considered a sex change or full blown lesbianism to meet my perfect match, especially since reading Ricks’ response  .... my point clearly illustrated! But instead of pooling smarts into one demographic, it would much better for the gene pool to breed out the stu...

Hey, when leftism is your worldview, it's the lens you see everything through.

Kinda like my male chauvinist lens...
