One can not respect one they fear, I do not fear God, I fear his judgement, (does that make sense?) That's an interesting statement. It kinda puts a new aspect to fearing God. I fear God, but I do not live in fear of God. I live in Fellowship with God. I guess I see it as a relationship with your p...

People still had access to God's grace in the OT. They had to sacrifice animals to be forigiven. I think the people who followed God and listened to his word went to heaven.

Okay, this topic has been forgotten for a week or so, but I have some input. 1Co 6:19 Don't you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and who was given to you by God? Our body is a temple, and God doesn't want us to destroy it. Things like alcohol, tobacco, and drugs...

Haha, this happened about an hour away from where I live. I heard all about it. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that it happened, and it makes me glad that I'm moving out of this state pretty soon.

Isn't that salvation though? Once you accept Jesus into your heart you have salvation, don't you?

(I only hope the crucifixion is not part of that, they do that in I think Malaysia) Why would crucifixion be a part of walking in Jesus' footsteps? Acknowledging that Jesus died for out sins is all we need to do. It's like this: Before Jesus people had to sacrifice animals in order to be forgiven. ...

Well that's the water cycle isn't it? Water evaprates from the ground and forms clounds, then comes back down as rain. That's what it sounds like it's reffering to.

I believe that once you have real faith, true faith ... you never lose it. I would be careful with that type of mindset. I've seen the most spiritual people fall into pits in a matter of days, without ever going back to God. What is real, true faith? and would we as humans and as sinners really be ...

Wouldn't Genesis 2:6 go against that? Gen 2:6 but there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. This is before the Flood. This is before man was even created. In the next verse man was made. Gen 2:7 And Jehovah God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed i...
