Perfectly right, but I hate it when someone states "We do this and that the best in all the world." Hypocrates. Done.

Philip wrote:... Using human logic to figure out such a Being as God is rather silly.

Why?

USA might contribute the largest amount, but... There's more to it than just the total amount. Does that total amount mean that the citizens of the USA are the most generous? Or is that amount coming from a relative small group of citizens? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Giving_Index http://w...

Re: The Delusion of "Free Will"

No, I don't think trusting in Jesus, or in God, is THE only way into heaven. It might be living like the way He taught, or living like the idea behind His way, and maybe that includes trusting too. And gold is a physical material, that does not exist in a metaphysical world. Have you ever thought o...

And gold is a physical material, that does not exist in a metaphysical world. Have you ever thought of that? The Bible indicates we will have real but glorified bodies after the resurrection (like Jesus' risen body - he could be touched and could eat but could also appear and disappear and move int...

The coming of the antichrist is like playing in the lottery, where you are sure the next time you will win the jackpot!

Aha, yes yes, USA donates more than any other country... Almost every statistic states that Myanmar donates the most (by percentage of citizens). Furthermore it depends on which year one takes, and which survey. Choose the one that suites most.

Re: The Delusion of "Free Will"

I mean, 'me' is who I am. If I change into something else, it's not me anymore. What responsibilty will that 'new me' have towards it's 'old me', regarding that previous life? It's like a fresh start in a new existence, the old one discarded and forgotten. An eternity in paradise as... what? What r...

The eternity that you speak of does not exist Nevertheless that is what is spoken about. Spoken about where and by whom? Well... It's not here that they've used the word 'eternity', that's my interpretion. And I certainly won't point my finger at someone accusing them of this-and-that. Am I wrong t...

Where do you think all physical things and their designs came from? "Poof" - by magic? Again, when I speak of a lack of hope - I"m speaking of a hope that there is a God who loves us that has power beyond our circumstances and plain, dumb luck. I'm speaking of a hope that means a Chr...

Homosexual behaviour is something different than homosexual love. Not to be mistaken for the same.
