Re: Prayers please

Nessa, I think every guy on here can understand that at 15 the prospect of being barely 5"2 inches would have huge ramifications. This was caused by a medical issue, it is not merely a vanity thing or a case of feeling sorry for himself. Nor should bullying or depression by be brushed aside wit...

Re: Prayers please

They think it was an endocrine issue, what happened I guess is somewhat irrelevant to the fact it can't be fixed. They don't think it's genetic, at this stage not a comfort to my son but it is a positive I guess in the future. I haven't noticed any of the symptoms you mentioned B.W but I'll keep an ...

Re: Global Warming: Fake DATA!

By the 1800's there was estimated to be 1 billion people on earth, 2 billion by 1930. Forward 30 years and the was roughly just under half the amount alive today, around 3.5 billion. Today over 7 billion. An increase of 5 billion in under 100 years. Over a span of thousands of years human growth slo...

Re: Prayers please

Sometimes, the best thing, is to pull them out from school for a year. Especially if there's a whole lot of other issues to deal with. There is also home schooling, though that might be a bit of a change at 15 years. I know my sister took a year off, did some work, then went back to finish senior. ...

Re: Global Warming: Fake DATA!

The issues that face this planet cannot be limited to global warming. Yea, I know how significant it is but the damage we are doing isn't limited to the atmosphere. The impact directly to vegetation and animal species is profound.. Soil, coral reefs, water quality, Marine life, and across the animal...

Re: Prayers please

An update..... A struggling 15 year old And a mum who wants to help but knows that I can never fix the one broken thing he begs me too. I can't make it better. I looked into every drug, concoction, safe and illegal and I can't help. As he gets older it gets worse. For him. Every emotion I'm feeling ...

Re: A Beautiful Life - Almost Wasn't

I've never had someone class me according to my political persuasions before. In actual fact I've never referred to myself as a liberal or classed myself in a box either. It's just opinions Rick, no need to get all sectarian. I know that's the way of the U.S, I don't think it needs to be the way on ...

Re: A Beautiful Life - Almost Wasn't

I have been on this board for nearly 4 years, and I have seen first hand and countless times the 'close' ranks bully mentality, I have walked friends through it. Who have left, feeling intimated and disillusioned on here. I'm not one of them I am a Christian But my beliefs do not align with the main...

Re: A Beautiful Life - Almost Wasn't

Of course Philip. As long as your long list of scripture lines up with your conviction right? Cos Jesus just said  Insert said belief...... Carry on chap Very well my problem isn't with scripture it's with your beliefs. No confusion here  Not because I'm a blubbering fool, nice try...

Re: A Beautiful Life - Almost Wasn't

What load a shite!! I back it up with Jesus, I run with Jesus and I end it with Jesus. I have no need to convict anyone of anything. ITAlICS don't help or persuasive arguments, I honestly believe that truth is what sets us free. Show me a man worthy of convicting another to death then I might start...

Re: Who had the bigger ego, Prince or Trump?

And in the meantime we are dealing with a 'President' that thinks it's appropriate to negotiate previous international matters over Twitter. FFS As if we already didn't think he was a joke. Is he in year 9 and having a social media tanty or would he like to join the adults in the 'real world'? Haha ...
